This is an evening, two-hour workshop focused on starting to identify what belief systems we hold and the effect they have on our lives.  $30

This is a two day, six-hour (three hours each day) workshop taking an in depth look at our belief systems, what works and does not work as we focus on moving forward.  $55

This is part one in the group sessions, but it is not required to take the second session. This group coaching focuses on find faith both spiritually and personally. If you feel that you have lost touch with your authentic self, this coaching will help identify all the roles we play in our life story, what expectations we put on ourselves, and how to gain the confidence to be our true selves. $25/week or $100 if paid in full on or before the first session.

This group coaching focuses on knowing the authentic self, looking at desired end results, and steps to get there. Individuals will be guided through an exercise to write their future. $30/week or $130 if paid in full on or before the first session.
